Update on Goldcoin Client: ACP added

Advanced checkpointing has been added to the Goldcoin client. We are looking at the possibility of turning checkpointing on only when difficulty falls below a safe level. Once we complete our testing, we'll roll the update out and notify the exchanges.

Hi, everyone. Do you build a centralized crypto PayPal or will it be decentralized and smart contract driven? That's what's going to happen anyway. If this is a fully centralized service I don't see it is longterm viability. Could you talk about your plans in that regard?

a very interesting plan I think with the allocation of funds on each item quite a lot, the sale of coins also offers many bonuses, I also see this project developed a bounty program, where I can see the thread about bounty?

Yesterday, The Goldcoin Team released a mandatory update for the Goldcoin Client.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach Hash-to-Coins and they have not updated their wallet as requested. Do not mine GLD on this pool. If you mine this pool, you risk wasting your hashpower since their chain might become forked from the network.

We recommend that you switch immediately to: http://gld.thecoin.pw/

Once Hash-to-Coins has updated their wallet it will be safe to return. But until then, anyone mining GLD on this pool is subject to losing all their Goldcoins.

I upgraded daemon on my p2pool nodes to v0.14.3:
http://crypto.mine.nu:8124
http://siberia.mine.nu:8124

Please change on OP URL "P2Pool (14.3)" from http://msk.p2pool.site:8124/static/ to http://p2pool.top/scanner/gld/

http://p2pool.top/scanner/gld/ - is the p2pool node scanner. Therefore, there is no need to specify each node individually

The Goldcoin developers are about to turn on check pointing. If you have not upgraded, you must do so immediately.

If you know anyone that hasn't upgraded, you should reach out to them and warn them to upgrade.

Wow, MicroGuy hasn't deleted my silly comments.  Cheesy
But I'm way more drunk than he'll ever get.

Anyway, greetings from the shittiest city besides San Fran.  Shocked
Oh, they puke and piss everywhere...  Angry

Observations and theory show that, on average, 28% of the binding-energy in aurophilic interaction can be attributed to relativistic expansion of the gold d-orbitals.

Whats in your wallet

here is a lil snippet from the gold code

dnl boost's m4 checks do something really nasty: they export these vars. As a
dnl result, they leak into secp256k1's configure and crazy things happen.
dnl Until this is fixed upstream and we've synced, we'll just un-export them.
CPPFLAGS_TEMP="$CPPFLAGS"

sounds to me like another disaster waiting to happen and another new dev as microgy states

http://imgur.com/rPLBZVM

The coming months promise to be truly exciting times for Goldcoin as we rise from the lower ranks and join forces with Litecoin. hahahahahahaha

let microguy cough up the million coins it his shytcoin and he has all the coins cryptopia should cease microguys shytcoins and then delist the contaminated shytcoin
🤔

You need to change careers and try standup. This stuff is hilarious .....  Cheesy Cheesy
