Guaranteed profits is a joke. By saying that you lose all credibility.
Why did you have to say that?

This kinda looks scammy.

First time I have seen an ICO endorsed by bitcointalk forum.

What I dont like is no project can offer guaranteed returns or profits. On top of that offering big bonuses to pre - ico buyers, just trying to hype the returns rather the project.

Also website doesnt seem top notch for an ICO, seen a lot better.

Guaranteed profits is a joke. By saying that you lose all credibility.
Why did you have to say that?

Everyone is a critic.  Why so cynical?  Do the research, it's impossible to lose money on this project.

LOL! This is a fake project guys. They aim to educate investors not to fall victim on phony and scam projects. Check out the red flags they listed. I also got hooked on this ANN thread because it was started by Theymos. With their post, I now realized that even if the admin was part of the ICO, we still need to be careful so we don't fall prey on scam projects. Thanks bitcointalk team!

HoweyCoin, this project leaves almost no questions, all the information that may be of interest to the investor is provided in full. The idea of HoweyCoin team is unique and, in my opinion, profitable, as for the fourth year in a row international tourism is developing faster than other export-oriented sectors of the economy. Question the team in which developed countries do not allow the project HoweyCoin.

A hero account making that post is a bit odd.  If you dig a little deeper you'll notice some evidence that the account may have a newbie for an owner.

I spent all my monies on howeycoins and with the great profit I had enough money to pay private investigators to figure out Theymos true identity. Plenty leftover for the hitmen and well, now I own theymos' account.

Best investment of my life. Thanks Theymos, may God Rest Your Soul.

well actually I didn't study the project and paid attention to the first post.in fact, I do not understand why it is allocated and put in the first place in the announcements.the person who placed this project has a very high level of trust.so what is the problem I just asked a question and if you are too lazy to answer it pass by!

I'm lazy?  All the information you need to answer your own question is in the link you posted.  Or are you too lazy to read it for yourself?

Funny you aren't denying my allegation that you are not the originator of your account.

What I want to know is how do they have 1000 merit with only a Hero Member status? Must have had a bunch of posts deleted.

The answer is you need to think with your own brain. I know that's a really hard thing to do for some people, but try doing the slightest bit of your own research and it will be all the more rewarding when you find the answer by yourself.
